Let me tell you the story of the three little pigs to help you understand the importance of building a strong foundation.

Two pigs built their business with little preparation, using hay and sticks, but their businesses crumbled when the big bad wolf came around with unexpected challenges. The third pig had a solid plan, building with concrete and brick, so when the big bad wolf came, his business survived.

In this webinar, you will learn the tools, mindset, and skills you’ll need to build a solid business foundation that will help you overcome future obstacles.

What you will learn:

  • What type of business owner are you and why is it so important when you come to forks in the road (e.g., hiring new employees, opening new locations, buying a competitor)
  • How to change your mindset from reactive to proactive
  • Why DCA (Discipline, Commitment, and Accountability) is the secret sauce to success
  • What causes businesses to fail and how to prepare for them
