HR professionals may not realize how these laws directly impact their compliance efforts. This presentation will give an overview of the employer-related changes in the law that went into effect in January and provide some practical tips on what you can do to meet the new requirements. • Overview of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) • Impact of the laws on HR compliance efforts (employee privacy, vendor management, and data security)
