The US Patent and Trademark Office Presents a free webinar to hear about how artists and creative organizations can protect their creative works and trademarks.

Protecting and enforcing intellectual property (IP) is vitally important for any enterprise, but especially for artists and creative organizations. Register for this free, virtual program to learn how to protect your creative works and trademarks. Discover the no cost/low-cost options that may be available when encountering online infringement of IP.

You will hear presentations by IP attorneys from the USPTO, who will offer primers on various types of IP, including:
•    copyrights
•    trademarks
•    designs
•    trade secrets

A segment of the program will discuss a case study involving online copyright and trademark infringement. Participants will have time to ask questions.

If you are an artist, a creative organization or business, or an arts attorney, do not miss this program.
