Join SBA’s Office of International Trade for a second installment of our new Learn to Trade Roundtable Series on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 1:00 pm EDT with Protecting Your Intellectual Property in Trade. This 45-minute session for small businesses will provide an overview of the fundamentals of protecting your intellectual property when selling internationally. The session will cover:

How can I protect my intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets) outside the U.S.?
What international agreements exist to help me protect my intellectual property?
How can I request enforcement of my trademarks and copyrights against infringing imports and report companies that are importing infringing goods?
Learn about resources the U.S. Government provides to help small business exporters and manufacturers in protecting their valuable intellectual property from theft.
