Ms. Lani Lott, President of L. L. Consulting has over 28 years of working in the field of downtown development and economic revitalization. Since 2001, Ms. Lott has been providing technical assistance services, ranging from board training, strategic planning, fundraising strategies, tourism, branding, and market plans, volunteer management, Main Street formation and development, economic development strategies and business improvement district formation and management across the Southwest. Prior to establishing L.L. Consulting in October of 2000, Ms. Lani Lott was Senior Consultant for Burnes Consulting, a nationally recognized consulting firm located in California. During her tenure at Burnes Consulting, she acted as the lead project manager on numerous downtown development and revitalization projects throughout the country, conducted strategic planning and helped communities with developing plans for long term sustainability both organizationally as well as programmatically. Due to her years of experience and expertise with an array of topics, Ms. Lott is regularly asked to present as a speaker or trainer.
