Mari Bradford;
Mari is an HR Advisor and Trainer for the California Employers Association. An experienced HR Generalist, Mari has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from CSU Sacramento and her PHR from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mike Belnome:
As the Managing Director of Business Services, Mike provides guidance, training, and mentorship to our Membership Services and Business Development team members every day. With more than 20 years of sales and management experience, as well as experience running his own consulting firm, Mike is in the perfect position to build our membership team and increase CEA's exposure in California. Mike enjoys relationship building and working with employers to find all of the ways CEA can lighten their load and provide them with Peace of Mind through workplace solutions.
