Helping Your Business Start, Grow and Succeed

Thursday, February 28, 2019 - 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Compliments of the City of Seaside

Starting a new, or growing an existing, business requires thought and planning to make sure you reach your goals. A well thought out business plan helps you think objectively about the key elements of your business venture and informs your decision-making on a regular basis. There are several different business plan forms you can use, depending upon your goals and whether you plan to share it with anyone, such as an investor or lender.

This workshop:

  • introduces business plans,
  • reviews key elements common in most plans,
  • instructs how to develop your plan, and
  • discusses why a business plan is important.

You'll see various business plan options so that you can choose the best one for you. We'll also share resources you can use on your own, and tools, workshops and consulting opportunities available to assist those needing additional help.

Thanks to the generous sponsorship of the City of Seaside, tickets for this event are free.

Preregistration is needed to ensure we have handouts for you.

Note: this workshop may be rescheduled if less than five people register.

Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Contact Helen at (831) 676-2017 or helen_dunston@calcoastal.org for accommodations and/or if you have questions.
